We’re going to advise you and work with you in advance to give you and your home the attention you deserve to maximize the appeal of your property, the exposure it gets through views and actual tours and of course your net proceeds. How do we do that? First we work with you to highlight your property’s appeal and appearance through a staging consultation and property prep. We have great resources on hand to help you with this stage. Once you’re ready, we bring in a top-notch professional photographer.
